VS-1121co is a controller for operating of the cyclothermical multi-floored oven. The temperature can be measured by the thermo-element pt100.The temperature range is from 0°С to 400°С.The timer range is from 0 to 99 min. After the end of the programmed time, the alarm sound signalization follows.
The controller has the following functions:
Measuring and regulating the temperature of backing in minutes and giving a warning signal after baking.
Operating inner lighting.
Operating absorber fan of the outgoing vapour.
Operating heating element (burner or coils), depends of the temperature, as well as manual switch off, depending on the operator desire.
Operating the vapour to each floor and also has protecting function against the continues pressing of the button, preventing watering of the vapour generator.
Having a regime of the self-diagnostic, when the oven is switch on.
Indicating blocking of the burner, when a feedback from the burner, is a present.
  The front panel is made from the polyester folio, on the background of the stainless steel with the thickness of 1,5 mm.
